Just over one week until BSides Edinburgh 2019 - our third annual local security community conference, and it has continued to grow. We have a superb range of speakers, with Todd Renner from the FBI and Chris Sutherland from ING as our keynotes. This year as well as the two main tracks we have a kids track, Car Hacking Village, Lock Picking Village, as well as a mobile application testing workshop from ContextIS and a Diversity in Cyber workshop from JP Morgan.
Logistics are fun - arranging an event this close to Easter was possibly a mistake, as it has meant challenging timelines at every step, but the refurbished Royal College of Physicians is wonderful, and the additional facilities really make it a perfect choice for an event of this size in Edinburgh.
I have a house full of bags, t-shirts, lanyards, flyers and diverse items to go in the delegate bags - I think my family will be happy when they are out of the house finally!
Still a small handful of tickets left - pop over to EventBrite to snap them up. Only £15 each.
If you'd like to see the talks from previous years, Our Videos page has them all.
